Sample 6: Keeping predefined values:

When checked the option "Keep Predefined value", the first element
of the menus, defined in DW, remains intact.
This is useful if you want to show the first element of the menus as a title.
Values are updated in the background.
Remember that menus do not need to be one after another. For
example, there is some text between them and "item" menu is in another form:
After the menu group is inserted, just change the default
text value of each menu:
